The only elements of chance apart from each player's individual secrete objective card are the Encounter cards, which players draw to interact with the citizens of newly explored lands. Very good fun, worth every penny! This digital adaptation does not replace the real board game at all, and it does not make me want to ditch my precious copy of scythe, the real baord game is MUCH more fun!! But as I rarely have the chance to play the board game, this digital version is still amazing, and I am enjoying it very much! Highly recommended, especially if you own the board game and don't have the chance to bring it to the table like in my case.

A family favorite! This is a great translation of a massive board to a small screen. I hope there are plans to add more expansions! 3 minor UX issues: (1) ability to collapse the bottom HUD for a better view; (2) it'd be great to have an option for undo's in unranked online games; (3) generally to allow undo's on actions after confirming, but before they're fully executed (e.g. before moving your last unit or producing in your last hex). Otherwise, great game & looking forward to more updates!
